• Sr. Research Officer / Research Officer - R & D: 
• PhD in Chemistry (Inorganic / Organic / Analytical) from reputed university with M.Sc. in Organic / Inorganic / Applied / Analytical Chemistry with min. 600 marks or equivalent CGPA.,
• Sr. Officer / Officer - Sales Accounting:
• M.Com, preferably with inter CA Inter CA
• Officer
• Marketing
• B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical) / B.Sc. (Chemistry), preferably with MBA (Marketing)
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
• Any Graduate with Masters in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized university in India.
• Asst. Engineer / Engineer (Process):
• B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical)
• Factory Medical Officer:
• MBBS from MCI recognized medical college / Institute and CIH (Certificate in Industrial Health) or equivalent course from recognized institution.,
• Dy. General Manager (Management Services / IT):
• B.E / B.Tech (Computer Engg. / IT / Computer Science) (Full Time) / MCA (03 years regular course). Certification in implementation of SAP ERP will be.
