• Educational qualification & Experience:
• Renewable Energy Expert (Team Leader):
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech with MBA / PGDBM Energy / Power Management. (Full time course only)  
• Experience: 5 years in solar consulting.
• Project Engineer: 
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech with (full time course only) 
• Experience: 3 years in solar energy projects.
• Energy Efficiency Expert: 
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech with MBA / PGDBM (Energy / Power / Energy Efficiency) (Full time course only) Certified Energy Manager / Auditor should be preferred.
• Experience: 3 years in energy efficiency
• Technicians: 
• Qualification: Diploma / ITI with NISE Surya Mitra / NCP Training
• Experience: 1 year in solar energy
• Multitasking Staff:
• Qualification: Intermediate (10+2 or ITI certificate), typing, proficient in computer operation with knowledge of MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, Internet etc. 
• Experience: 2 years

• Final selection will be based on Interview.
