• Educational qualification:
  • Branch Manager: Post Graduate/ Graduate From recognized University. Candidate with 2 years full time Master’s degree in finance / Banking /JAIIB / CAIIB will be given preference.
  • Asst. Manager: Post graduate/ Graduate From recognized University. JAIIB / CAIIB will be given preference.

• Experience:
  • Branch Manager: Minimum 7 years service in Urban Co-operative or Nationalized bank. At least 2 years in supervisory capacity.
  • Asst. Manager: Minimum 5 years service in Urban Co-operative or Nationalized bank. At least 2 years in supervisory capacity.

• Age limit: 35 to 52 years
