Posts:

• Managers - 20 Posts
• Senior Managers - 5 Posts

Educational Qualification: Educational Qualification (as on 1st November 2017)

• • Managers :
    • Any Graduate from a reputed University / Institute with minimum 60% marks can apply.
    • Preference will be given for additional professional qualification.
  • Senior Managers :
    • Any Post Graduate from a reputed University / Institute with minimum 60% marks.
    • Preference will be given to MBA/ professional qualification like CA/ICWA/LLB.

Experience :

• Managers: Minimum 3 years post qualification work experience and not less than 2 years as branch /section head in processing / sanctioning of credit proposals with any scheduled Commercial Bank or HFC’s is mandatory.
• Senior Managers: Minimum 6 years post qualification work experience and not less than 5 years as branch /section head in processing / sanctioning of credit proposals with any scheduled Commercial Bank or HFC’s is mandatory.

Post Scale & Emoluments :
Manager : Rs.28000 – 1050/1 – 29050 – 1200/12 – 43450
Gross pay – Rs. 53561/-. (Overall Annual Gross emoluments- Rs.
9.70 lakhs approximately

Senior Manager :Rs.33300 – 1200/12 – 47700
Gross pay – Rs. 63501/- (Overall Annual gross emoluments – Rs.
11.30 lakhs approx.
